Fit2Be is offering
experienced Exercise Instructors and/or Personal Trainers the opportunity to
complete its Pre and Post Natal exercise course. The course is based on the
National Standards and
in addition to this, draws on the experience of the company working very
closely with its pre and post natal clients. The information in the course
will provide the attendee with the theoretical and practical knowledge of
assessing and prescribing safe and effective exercise for pre and post natal
clients.
The course is supported by Nikki Jackson a leading Obstetrician, with a
private practice on Harley Street and Julie Gregory, Midwifery Practice
Leader, St. Thomas Hospital.
Location
The course
will be run at the David Lloyd Kensington Club, London, for individuals who
wish to attend the course. Full address details on booking course.
If providing the course on
behalf of a company then a suitable location will be advised by the company.
Duration
The course
is held over two days, totalling 16 hours, and is a combination of theory
and practical sessions. Full itinerary provided on booking course.
Entry
Requirements

Suitable qualifications, Sports Science Degree, ACSM, YMCA Gym Instructor
or equivalent.

Cost
The total
cost for the course is £275. This includes all course materials.
Attendee
Requirements
-
Attendees will be expected to participate in the practical sessions, to do
this comfortably, all attendees should bring exercise clothing with them
or dress accordingly.
- Bring
various writing instruments and additional note pad paper.
- To be
able to hire a video camera/camcorder, Fit2Be will assist attendees in
locating a suitable hire shop if required.
