The Fit2Be philosophy focuses on the physical and emotional needs of women having children.

Our programme is based on the latest medical research that exercising to increase muscle tone, strength and endurance is proven to help women cope with the physical demands of pregnancy, labour and recovery. Clients select either small group classes, 4:1 (clients are grouped together by the same stage of pre or post pregnancy) 1:1 personal training in the studio or at home.

We provide you with 100% support during and post pregnancy.
